Keynote Speaker: Rhonda Sargent Chambers, Owner RSC Show Productions Rhonda Sargent Chambers is the daughter of Barbara Sargent, who founded Kemiko Concrete Stains, now retired. As a former Northeast Distributor of Kemiko Concrete Stains, Rhonda started her own company, RSC Show Productions, in 2001. She has been a respected figure in the fashion, event production, and fundraising community for over 40 years in the North Texas area. Rhonda’s presentation will encourage and uplift women in their pursuit of understanding how to take their business to another level. Women not only need to be the expert in their field, but the importance of customer service, while adding their own personal spin, and their own spice to each experience is KEY!
