Sydne Jaques

Sydne Jacques is the CEO of Next Level Leadership. She is a professional engineer turned professional speaker and consultant; often referred to as the “the engineer with a personality.” Sydne has built an award-winning company with clients as far away as Japan, has trained over 20,000 individuals, and has worked with more than 600 different construction teams. Sydne is passionate about taking individuals and teams to the next level by increasing trust and improving communication. Sydne is currently writing a book and creating a movement she has coined “The Retention Revolution – How to Decrease Turnover, Increase Profits and Create Cultures where People Want to Stay”. Sydne is constantly utilizing her three decades of industry experience to serve others. She currently serves on the board of directors for the Utah Chapter of Women in Transportation and is the incoming chair of the National Advisory Committee for the College of Engineering at BYU. Last year Sydne was selected as one of the 10 Coolest Entrepreneurs by Utah Valley Business Magazine and in Jan 2023 she received one of the highest honors at the Utah AGC awards ceremony when she was named the 2022 winner of the "Service to the Construction Industry" Award.
