Kristy Willis
Kristy Wolfe has been an Assistant Professor at Milwaukee School of Engineering since August 2020, prior to that she was a faculty member at Bradley University for 10 years. Kristy has her Bachelor of Science in Construction from Bradley University and her Master of Science in Engineering Management from the University of Missouri-Rolla. She brings a unique set of skills to the world of academia with the field experience she gained as facilities engineer with Caterpillar along with her time serving with the United States Army Corps of Engineers. She currently serves as the faculty advisor for MSOEs Mechanical Contractors Association of America (MCAA) and Women in Construction (WIC) chapters, along with serving on the steering committee for the Women in Mechanical Industry Initiative. Her research interests include productivity method improvement, leadership development, and workforce diversity.
